Tamesis is a collaboration between Blackbook and Forty Hall, London’s only certified organic vineyard. This was the first wine both grown and made in London, in modern times when we initially released the 2018 vintage.

Fermented using natural yeasts in a combination of old French oak barrels and steel tank; followed by naturally occurring malolactic fermentation and aged for 7 months on gross lees. A wine that truly expresses the varietal essence with nuances of elderflower, white peach, and white pepper with touches of sweet spices and tropical fruit. Unfined and unfiltered.
