A new release from the 2020 vintage, and new variety to the Blackbook range, is now in its second year. The grapes were sourced from nearby Essex and are handpicked then whole bunch pressed. The wine is aged in burgundy barrels for 7 months with frequent lees stirring. Our pinot blanc is textured and structured style lending itself to aromas of lemon/lime zest, white peach, white floral notes, grapefruit, with hints of subtle spices.
